Yum! I love preparing eggs this way! Next time, try doing it with a water bath. They taste somewhere in between poached and soft-boiled eggs. They're eggcelent! Sorry. Had to.

yeah, please tell us where you got this recipe! I just googled and found oodles of baked-in-a-muffin-tin egg recipes, but none look quite like yours.

you can also put a slice of canadian bacon in the muffin tin first, then crack the egg and back inside..de-lish!
