you might remember this post about how much we were looking forward to our vacation at lost river modern. we just got back from our week in the woods of west virginia and it was so worth the wait.
we spent most of the week being inspired by the prefab modern home. after reading this blog about how chris & sarah created such an amazing place, we were really able to appreciate all the details.
we spent our days cooking, reading, napping on the porch, looking for deer, exploring the woods and taking photos, lots of photos (click here to visit our flickr album).
Oh my goodness! I am originally from WV and have wanted to stay there for so long! The home looks lovely and so do you :) What a wonderful vacation. Thank you for sharing.

oooh! i love that cabin [we're thinking of staying there a few nights in july.] and i love diana+ cameras! i don't have one, but hopefully my boy will get one for me this christmas. you both take such beautiful photos!

You're vacation looked sooo lovely. Ohhh I wish I could go right now! I am 33 weeks pregnant and am a bit "apt locked" in Brooklyn, for fear I'll go into labor far from home! We can't wait to take our little baby girl on trips all over the world.
